We are proud to partner with Route to offer our customers shipping protection against theft, damage, and loss, as well as real time tracking information to keep you updated every step of the way. If you choose to waive this service Apex Armament will not be responsible for any issues that arise during shipment.
Apex Armament 15 Day Return Policy
If you are having issues with any item purchased from Apex Armament please do not hesitate to contact us.
- We take returns on new, never used items for 15 days after order is placed.
- Products must be sealed in their original packaging in the same condition as received.
- We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during assembly or after removal from original packaging.
- Once we have received and processed returned items your purchase price will be refunded minus shipping & processing charges.
- A 20% restocking fee may be charged.
- Returns are not accepted on surplus / contract or used items. You agree to purchasing item based on description.

Apex Armament LLC intends that the products shipped are for domestic distribution, resale, and use only. Export by any party is expressly restricted by ITAR and the U.S. State Department and Department of Commerce.
